- Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- Profile data: details you enter such as sex, experience level, age/birth year, height, and body weight, used to tailor your training.
- Training data: your programs, workout history, completed sets, weights, and progress metrics.
- App preferences: language, theme, units, and similar settings.
- Technical data: basic device and diagnostic information (e.g., app version, platform) needed to operate, secure, and support the app.
You can use parts of the app in guest mode, where data stays on your device and is not associated with an account.
3. How we use your data
- To provide core functionality — generating programs and progressing your training load.
- To back up and synchronize your data across your devices.

- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), on the basis of your consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service securely, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the Service under appropriate agreements, including:
- Apple App Store / Google Play - app distribution and, where applicable, payment processing.
- Microsoft - email processing.

6. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app (More → Data & account → Delete account).
